“Look on every exit as being an entrance somewhere else.” ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead

My Story

For over 26 years, I’ve dedicated my life to education, creativity, and the transformative power of theatre. With a background in speech communication and theatre arts, I’ve taught both high school and college students, helping them discover their voice, build their confidence, and express their identities through performance and storytelling.

Seventeen years of my journey were spent abroad, leading theatre programs in University and international schools in China. This experience deepened my passion for working with Third Culture Kids (TCKs) — young people navigating the complexities of identity, culture, and belonging. Theatre became a bridge: a place where students from diverse backgrounds could find common ground, tell their stories, and build community.

Today, I specialize in designing student-led workshops, consulting with schools to create innovative theatre programs, and training educators to bring creativity and collaboration into their classrooms. Whether guiding students through a devised production or helping teachers implement new strategies, my mission is simple: to empower young people to understand themselves and the world around them through the art of theatre.

Theatre, at its best, doesn’t just entertain — it transforms. And it’s been my privilege to help students and educators around the world experience that transformation firsthand.
