💬 A Focus on Third Culture Kids (TCKs)
Much of Chad’s work centers around supporting Third Culture Kids (TCKs) as they navigate identity, belonging, and community in transitional environments. Through theatre and storytelling, he helps students find their voice, express themselves authentically, and connect meaningfully with others.

In addition to student-focused work, Chad partners with teachers, counselors and administrators to design Theatre curriculum and develop school-wide Drama programs that address the emotional and academic needs of international learners, emphasizing creativity, cultural awareness, and meaningful student engagement.
